Jointly funded by the Turkish Government and The European Union, the ‘Turkey in Horizon 2020 Phase II’ project offers a wide range of training support for the innovation ecosystem and the supporting infrastructure in Turkey. The project includes networking events, a wide range of training courses and assistance with developing proposals and presentations. Further information can be found at www.turkeyinh2020.eu website.

As part of this project, we are pleased to announce the 2nd general introductory training (on-line event/ webinar) on the upcoming Horizon Europe program (9th Framework Programme).

This is an introductory event, strictly aimed at newcomers in Horizon Europe grants. The idea is to introduce newcomers to EU grants, focusing especially on Horizon Europe and its new opportunities. This is an preparatory course for those who are seeking to fund their research and innovation ideas through the largest R&I program globally, Horizon Europe.

Training consists of a few sessions that will teach participants how to navigate across the EU funding ecosystem, how to identify opportunities, search for organisations with common goals, introduce their organisation to experienced leading players and participate in winning consortia.

The sessions are structured in such a way to help participants grasp the main concepts of the new Horizon Europe in just one webinar. The content is enriched with presentations, training notes, curated literature from the EU, and useful templates.

The aim of this training is not only to familiarize participants with Horizon Europe and other EU grants but also to present the tools and methods to access them and benefit from them.
