“Turkey in Horizon 2020” project is aimed to strengthen the capacity of Turkey in Science, Technology, and Innovation and facilitate the integration of Turkish Research Area to European Research Area. TUBITAK is the beneficiary of “Turkey in Horizon 2020” Project which targets to increase the participation of Turkish organizations in the EU Framework Programme for the Research and Innovation: Horizon 2020. The project is co-financed by the EU and Republic of Turkey. The Contracting Authority of the project is Central Finance and Contracts Unit.

The Project offers workshops & trainings, consultancy services, legal, financial and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) support for Horizon 2020 proposals through a helpdesk, evaluation services plus collaboration and communication tools for networking with the Information Multipliers.

Within this scope, trainings on IPR issues were organised in three different cities (Istanbul, Ankara and Mersin) of Turkey in 2016 and four more trainings on the same topic are going to be organised in Kocaeli, Samsun, Izmir and Gaziantep in 2017. The first one of these trainings will take place in Izmit -the center-town of Kocaeli- on the 6th of April, 2017.

A limited number of travel support will be provided to the participants who will attend the training from outside Izmit. Further to the approval of your registration, you will be informed about the details.
